Services
Outpatient therapy is provided in-person, via telehealth, or out at the farm for equine-assisted therapy.
This type of therapy does not include crisis services, but phone coaching can be available between sessions for a fee that may not be covered by insurance. More information about this and other fees for services can be found under Rates & Insurance.
I offer individual therapy for ages 17 and up. Therapy sessions are about 50 minutes long. I recommend new clients start with meeting weekly or biweekly, depending on the intensity of needs.
